Phillips 66 refinery in N.J. to resume operations in 2 to 3 weeks

The Phillips 66 Bayway refinery in Linden, N.J., will restart in two to three weeks, the company said. Superstorm Sandy led to an oil spill and flooding at the facility. Phillips 66, the Coast Guard and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection are cleaning up the spill.
