Railroads build more terminals in response to growing oil demand

Construction of Canadian National and Canadian Pacific's rail terminals for crude oil are in full swing to accommodate an increasing demand for petroleum shipments amid a weak pipeline capacity. "Crude by rail is becoming a reality," said Walter Spracklin, an RBC Capital Markets transportation analyst. "Before, it was a theory."
