APEX Asia Conference draws huge attendance, including major global airlines

In what ranks as one of the largest Airline Passenger Experience Association regional gatherings yet, the APEX Asia Conference drew 186 registrants, including several industry decision-makers and thought leaders. The event, held yesterday and today in Shanghai, China, hosted major global airlines -- including Air China, China Southern, Cathay Pacific Airways, Hainan Airlines, Lucky Air, Japan Airlines and Garuda Indonesia, among others. The two-day event covered branding, passenger loyalty, connectivity, IFE cost models, wireless streaming, catering and digital strategies, as well as issues unique to Asia's passenger experience industry.
