Big city flavors arrive in small town Arizona

Chefs are serving up high-end dishes in a small town atmosphere in Cottonwood, Ariz., which is experiencing a culinary revolution after bringing in popular wine-tasting rooms. Several new restaurants have opened in the past year including the Schoolhouse Restaurant, located in the town's first grade school, while other chefs are giving old restaurants such as Quince Grill & Cantina new life with refreshed menus and decor.
