IFA's veteran employment initiative exceeds expectations

Two years after its inception, IFA's Operation Enduring Opportunity initiative has helped more than 150,000 veterans and military spouses find employment in the franchise industry, including nearly 5,200 veterans who became franchisees, according to a Franchise Business Review report released Tuesday. The numbers surpass IFA's initial goal of recruiting 80,000 veterans and their spouses to the industry by 2014.
