N.Y. employers help prepare students for tech careers

Private companies and some schools in Albany, N.Y., are working on a program in which employers would provide technology career training to high-school students. "The skill sets that we need are changing so rapidly, and this is an absolutely perfect way to pull these collaborations with the public and private sector together to make sure that our kids are college and career ready," said Mike Ladd, Cisco's New York client executive.
