Plastic surgeons discuss temple rejuvenation techniques

The key to temple rejuvenation is not to introduce contour irregularities, regardless of whether calcium- or hyaluronic acid-based products are used, plastic surgeon Michael Kane said at a recent cosmetic surgery conference. Kane said he prefers Sculptra and injects it superficially, along the underside of the dermis. Kane injects slowly and moves the needle frequently to reduce the risk of embolic phenomena.
