Regulators reportedly set to move forward with Volcker rule

Regulators could vote on the final draft of the Volcker rule next month, sources say. Authorities are expected to receive the draft soon. The measure, which prohibits proprietary trading at certain financial institutions, must be approved by several regulators, including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Reserve.
