Rendell: Infrastructure investment critical for U.S. to move ahead

If America is to be competitive globally, it must invest in its infrastructure, says Ed Rendell, former governor of Pennsylvania. Rendell noted that many cities and states recognize the need and "are stepping up," but said more needed to be done on the federal level. "We will not continue to be a great economic power with a second-rate infrastructure," he said.
