Study finds risks to patients from bullying behavior

Bullying may pose hazards to patient safety, according to the results of a study published in the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses Journal. The study tracked bully behavior among perioperative nurses, surgical technologists and other perioperative personnel and found that more than 60% of respondents reported witnessing bullying on a weekly basis.
