Will built-in accommodations be ready for common core field tests?

The Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers -- one of two main groups developing tests aligned with Common Core State Standards -- has said some of the built-in accommodations, such as a notepad tool for students and word-prediction software, may not be ready for spring 2014 field tests. The other main group -- the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium -- has said its built-in accommodations will be ready in time for field tests.
