Survey Finds Most Holiday Shoppers Undeterred By Threat Of Recession

A joint survey by the Consumer Federation of America and the Credit Union National Association found that 57% of consumers say they'll spend at least what they spent last holiday season and 13% said they will spend more. The results come on the heels of data that show the U.S. economy is headed toward a recession.
