Campina to shift goat's cheese production to Amalthea

Amalthea van Dijk will take over Campina's operations, including the production of semi-hard goat's cheese and marketing of Chevagne products, on Dec. 1. The move comes after Amalthea's acquisition of the dairy cooperative, which will start focusing on the production of semi-hard cheese from cow's milk.
