Survey: Americans back government role for health coverage

American voters support a government role in health insurance, and more than half think the government must help everyone in the U.S. obtain health care, according to a survey. "People tend to believe that the government should guarantee insurance," said Robert Blendon of the Harvard School of Public Health. Although, "there is not a consensus on how to do that."
