Cyberkinetics may cease operations, regulatory filing says

Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems could shut down if it fails to reach an agreement with its creditor General Electric Capital, according to a filing with securities regulators. The startup has been working to secure FDA clearance for Andara OFS, a battery-operated device designed to treat patients with spinal cord injuries.
