School Internet filters may block potential learning tools

Internet filters meant to protect students from objectionable content may be keeping teachers from using YouTube media clips, wikis and other tools in the classroom. To circumvent such limitations, educators should work with technology coordinators, say teachers who have successfully adopted such tools.
