Water, electricity at risk in Australia as warming increases

Climate change will have a particularly adverse impact on electricity supplies in Australia, according to the country's Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. The effects of water shortages and higher temperatures will disrupt production at the same time that demand for power is expected to increase. Water infrastructure and dams will also experience adverse effects.
