N.J. schools reopen, but some unable to serve lunch

Superstorm Sandy devastated portions of the East Coast last week, causing widespread power outages and other damage that forced many school closures. Some schools that are beginning to open and return to normalcy following the storm are doing so without electricity. In Lincoln Park, schools opened for a half day, but without power -- meaning no lunches were served.
