Veterinarian Wendy McCulloch is making house calls for pets who have been stranded or isolated in the wake of superstorm Sandy, delivering medical care for pets and supplies such as groceries for their owners. The American Veterinary Medical Foundation, the AVMA's charitable arm, provides grants for veterinarians who offer aid to animals during the aftermath of the storm.
