Biotronik clears EU regulatory hurdle for coronary stent

Biotronik has earned the CE mark in Europe for use of its PK Papyrus stent during minimally invasive procedures meant to treat acute coronary artery perforations. The device, which has a cobalt chromium alloy construction, comes with a narrow crossing profile and an electrospun polyurethane membrane for greater flexibility.
