Cessna Citation X close to taking back speed title

Cessna Aircraft recently announced that it has completed Federal Aviation Administration high-speed certification testing of its Citation X, reaching speeds of Mach 0.935. The result makes the airplane faster than the Gulfstream G650. The company says it expects to receive FAA certification early next year, sealing its title as fastest civilian jet.
