CFPB creates complaint database on payday loans

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is now taking complaints about payday loans through a database that allows consumers to report excessive fees, erroneous charges or other problems. Consumers can file complaints online, by phone or by mail, and companies are expected to resolve issues within 60 days.
