DOD must learn to live with sequester, Hagel says

Sequestration is a reality that the military must face, U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said this week, and that means the Pentagon must put in place serious changes to cope with reduced budgets for a decade. "We do not have the option of ignoring reality, or assuming something will change," Hagel said in a speech Tuesday.
