Raleigh, N.C., might outlaw business' electronic window sign

Some residents of Raleigh, N.C., have signed a petition asking the city council to change sign rules to outlaw electronic window signs such as the one real estate agent Doro Taylor has in her downtown office window. Taylor, who removed a second sign after meeting with opponents, says the technology cost her too much to eliminate it altogether. Opponents say the display is out of place.
