Time matters in customer satisfaction after complaint

Part of delivering good customer services is about doing it in a timely manner. A new study says adults spent 364 minutes a year waiting on the phone to resolve a complaint. "Time is a precious commodity, and if you 'steal' it from a customer, you are showing a tremendous amount of disrespect," author Shep Hyken writes.
