Quigo ad-targeting company to become AOL unit

Time Warner's AOL unit is acquiring Internet ad technology company Quigo, creator of an ad-targeting system similar to Google's AdSense. The sale price reportedly is $340 million, although the terms of the deal were not revealed by AOL.
