Connecticut teacher of the year connects with students

A teacher at a school for students with special needs in Greenwich, Conn., has been named the state's top educator. Anthony Mullen is a former New York City police officer and has worked for seven years at the alternative high school, where one of his students described him as caring and intelligent.
