Revised guidelines advise exercise for cancer patients, survivors

The American College of Sports Medicine is revising its exercise guidelines to recommend around 150 minutes of weekly moderate exercise for cancer patients and survivors. Exercise may help improve cancer treatments, reduce fatigue, boost quality of life, and prevent muscle and bone loss, experts said.
