Data show improved job outlook for individuals with disabilities

Unemployment for individuals with disabilities during October was at its lowest rate in more than two years, new government statistics show. The decrease -- from 16.1% to 13.2% -- came even as the number of those with disabilities in the workplace increased. Previous improvements in employment rates for individuals with disabilities have been linked to lower numbers of individuals looking for work, rather than true improvements in the job market.
