Mobile shopping is a challenge, opportunity for retailers

Mobile shopping will be a bigger factor than ever this year, changing the very nature of the consumer experience in the holiday season, according to IBM Coremetrics. "Mobile users have less patience," says John Squire, Coremetrics chief strategy officer. "They are surgical shoppers; retailers are going to have to do a really good job in targeting their messages and promotions for mobile users."
