Revamped Starbucks posts 8% sales gain

Starbucks, which introduced a new logo early this year, has been launching new products including Bistro Boxes in its cafes and K-Cup single-serve coffee pods at retail. The chain, which also plans to launch a lighter "blond" roast, posted 8% same-store sales gains for the most recent quarter, both in the U.S. and globally.
