Ontario teachers plan to scale back administrative tasks

Teachers in Ontario, Canada, who were planning to go on strike Wednesday, have delayed the job action until 11 Nov. Teachers are planning to reduce their time spent on administrative tasks, including staff meetings. Now, however, talks between the union and the government, which fell apart earlier this year, have resumed.
