Battered Bordeaux harvest lowest in two decades

Growers in Bordeaux expect this year's harvest to be the lowest in two decades, putting wines at significant risk. Demand and prices for Bordeaux wines have risen in recent years, and Spain has had a very successful harvest, providing alternatives as winemakers struggle to meet demand. "It makes you realize you rely on nature and sometimes it is not with you," said Bordeaux's Château Bauduc owner Gavin Quinney.
