Kentucky's system for administering online exams is still experiencing glitches that will require students to either take this year's exams during certain times to prevent the system from crashing or take the exams with paper and pencil. Officials said the testing company, ACT, recently reported it would not be able to repair the system in time for this month's practice exams or for tests slated for the spring.
