Hearing on Lautenberg-Vitter bill seen as key advance toward TSCA reform

A House hearing on a bipartisan chemical regulation bill next week could renew the push for reforming the Toxic Substances Control Act, according to this article. The American Chemistry Council is among the groups expected to testify on the Lautenberg-Vitter bill Wednesday before the House Energy & Commerce Committee's environment panel. The hearing is seen as an important step toward advancing TSCA reform while Sens.
