Improper use of power tools is one of the mistakes that could compromise the health of the landscape, according to Jon Feldman, Construction Project manager at R&S Landscaping in Midland Park, N.J. "I've seen too many people who think they can handle power tools, when in fact they can't," Feldman said. "Not only can they make a mess of their plants, they can really hurt themselves. Leave it to the experts." Feldman also notes that cheap landscaping tools may end up costing more money in the long run.
