Minn. school reports 25% increase in meal sales this year

After implementing new federal nutrition standards last year, a Minnesota school saw a drop in the number of students eating school meals. This year, however, sales are up 25%, and students say they are enjoying some of the options, including orange chicken, pizza, chicken strips and macaroni. "I think our cooks really did a very good job last year of being responsive and staying in the guidelines," principal Paul Peterson said. "We feel good that the numbers have rebounded this year!"
