OSHA proposal would require electronic filings and public disclosure

A rule proposed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration would require companies with more than 250 employees to electronically submit reports of workplace injuries to the agency each quarter. OSHA plans to eventually post the data online, which would be the first time such information would be made public.
