Personalized medicine center in Israel receives $50M boost

Stephen and Nancy Grand have pledged $50 million to the Weizmann Institute of Science to support the institute's newly established Israel National Center for Personalized Medicine. The center aims to advance patient-specific approaches to disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment by conducting research on bioinformatics, protein profiling, genomics and drug discovery.
