British officials fear study leave being wasted on video games

Concerned that children given study leave to prepare for GCSE exams are squandering the time on video games and socializing, British Schools Minister David Miliband today is expected to urge that the policy be tightened. The government still will allow children responsible enough to study on their own to do so, while the rest will be placed in supervised review classes.
