Massachusetts may face lawsuit for failure to make Big Dig deadlines

Massachusetts is not going to meet court-ordered deadlines for transit projects the state agreed to pursue as a condition for building Boston's Big Dig project. The Conservation Law Foundation says the failure to meet the deadlines sets the stage for a lawsuit that could impose stricter deadlines on the building of the projects.
