Broadcom makes 802.11 moves

Broadcom announced a deal with Lenovo for its Intensi-fi 802.11n chips to be put in N100 and 3000 series laptops. Broadcom also announced a new semiconductor that combines the MAC, baseband and radio components of three pieces of an 802.11g chipset onto a single chip.
