"Hot mom" Web site creator Jessica Denay is defending her trademarked turf against an alleged infringement by TV marketing firm Buzznation and Medicis, manufacturer of Botox-like product Restylane, over the reality TV pilot, "Hottest Mom in America," which was funded entirely by Medicis. All parties involved want to make the most of the trend, which has been fueled by the success of "Desperate Housewives" and "Extreme Makeover."
