Judge removes 3 restraining orders against ZymoGenetics

A federal judge in Tennessee revoked three temporary restraining orders that prohibited ZymoGenetics from marketing Recothrom, a bioengineered blood-clotting drug. The orders came after King Pharmaceuticals filed a lawsuit accusing ZymoGenetics of unfair competition, false advertising and other violations.
