Philippines Energy Dept. seek inputs on plan to import ethanol

The Filipino Department of Energy is conducting consultations to determine a baseline for proposed ethanol importation, according to Mario Marasigan, the department's director. Oil companies would need at least roughly 105.7 million gallons of ethanol next year to comply with government mandates that take effect February.
