Road projects in Wis. are expected to kick into high gear next year

A $535 million road project that will include 17 miles of widening and reconstruction of interchanges on U.S. Highway 41 in Wisconsin is expected to be completed by fall 2013, according to the state's Transportation Department. Other projects in the works in the area include an eight-lane Lake Butte des Morts bridge, an overpass and multi-lane roundabouts.
