BP, others ask court to keep spill reports from civil case

BP, Transocean and Halliburton asked a federal court in New Orleans to exclude the findings of two federal oil-spill reports from the civil case against them. One report from the presidential oil-spill commission blamed all of the companies for the disaster, while a study from a joint U.S. Coast Guard-Department of the Interior panel attributed most of the blame to BP.
