Ohio collective-bargaining referendum to be decided today

Ohio voters will decide today whether to repeal a state law signed in March that limits the collective-bargaining power of public unions, outlaws strikes and sets requirements for how much public workers must pay toward their pensions and health care premiums. A poll by Quinnipiac University showed that the majority of Ohio citizens favor repealing the law, while about a third support keeping it.
