Senate is expected to tackle EPA regulations this week

The Environmental Protection Agency's final Cross-State Air Pollution Rule is expected to be debated in the Senate this week as Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., seeks to force a vote to repeal the rule. Meanwhile, Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Dan Coats, R-Ind., are expected to unveil a measure that would slow the cross-state rule, and a Senate committee will address uses for U.S. natural gas.
