Analysis: High court may move to the left with Obama's victory

President Barack Obama made two appointments to the U.S. Supreme Court during his first term, and now that he's been re-elected, he might have the opportunity to make at least one more, which could shift the court toward the left. The current justices might want to address key issues before that happens, lawyer Michael Carvin said. "If anything, it would make them more anxious to resolve contentious questions rather than kick them down the road," he said.
